Don’t know what to do this weekend? We’ve got a few ideas:
Saturday, September 19 @ 10AM-4PM
Mighty Machines Showcase
Chicopee Ski & Summer Resort
The Mighty Machines Showcase is a family oriented community event that brings Mighty Machines to life, providing adults and kids a chance to see construction and other service vehicles up close. There will also be vendors with fun and interactive games for the kids and a Tanker Truck rollover demonstration.

Sultans of String: CD Release Concert
The Registry Theatre
The Registry Theatre launches its 15th anniversary season with the return of Canada’s foremost world beat ensemble, Sultans of String.
From Spanish Flamenco, Celtic and Arabic Folk, to Gypsy Jazz, Afro-Cuban rhythms and everything in between, the multi-award winning Sultans are also a big hit internationally. The Sultans rocked The Registry a couple seasons ago and they are back to launch this landmark season and release their brand new cd Subcontinental Drift, featuring special guest, sitar virtuoso Anwar Khurshid.
