Weekend Arts Around Town (April 1 – 3)

Don’t know what to do this long weekend? If you’re not heading to The Centre this weekend for Kitchener Waterloo Symphony’s Janina Plays Chopin, we’ve got a few ideas:

Hard Day’s Night – 1960’s evening out; Beatles Cover Band!
Victoria Park Pavillion
Hosted by the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Grand Rive Chapter, enjoy a 1960’s themed evening with live performances by Beatles cover and Daytripper! Featuring inspired dance performances, hula-hoop competitions and a 1960’s photo booth! An award will also be given to best Beatles look-a-like or best dressed hippie. Browse through the silent auction for unique prizes and gift ideas and indulge in the retro food and drink while dancing the night away!
Tickets $25.

Intro to Glass Fusing
Grand River Glassworks
Get your creative juices flowing and be inspired as you explore the world of fused glass in a warm and welcoming space!  No experience necessary and groups are welcome.
Cost $80, materials extra.
