Katherine Jenkins is one of the most successful classical music crossover artists in the world. Jenkins has performed for royalty, world leaders and British troops, and signed the biggest recording deal in classical music history at the young age of 23. She has also recorded ten studio albums. The lyrical mezzo-soprano’s most recent album Home Sweet Home was her 7th studio album to reach number one on the UK classical charts between 2004 and 2008 . With a seemingly endless list of awards and accomplishments, Jenkins is truly an incredible, chart-topping classical singer.
In Spring 2012, she competed on the US television show Dancing With The Stars, finishing in second place, behind NFL Super Bowl champion Donald Drive. Watch Jenkins with her partner, Mark Bellas during a samba routine:

In the DWTS judge, Len Goodman’s review of her dance in the video above, he rightfully describes her as “Katherine The Great. The world’s Wonder Woman”.  Jenkins is a force to be reckoned with and even the Queen thinks so. Jenkins has also confirmed to perform at Her Majesty the Queens 90th birthday celebration in May 2016.
