Ralph + Lina is a rough and tumble romance following the struggles of two Italian lovers in the face of war, immigration and old age.  Produced by Edge of the Woods Theatre, directed by award-winning artist Michele Smith, and with performances by real-life husband and wife, Dan Watson and Christina Serra, this sold-out across Canada performance is packed with honesty, humour, whimsy and charm.  Don’t miss your chance to see it live!

Celebrate Cinco De Mayo with Neruda Arts! This free event also celebrates the Grand Opening of Neruda Arts’ Kultrún Market as well as the anniversary of Seven Shores Café – Neruda Arts’ new neighbour and Cinco de Mayo Festival Co-Presenter.
Centre In The Square will be on site for this event. Come by and say hi to us and enter our contest to win tickets to The Gipsy Kings coming to The Centre on May 12.

Cheryn Lyn Backman who hails from the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, has been singing since she was 5 years old. A veteran of R&B music, Cheryn Lyn currently sings with Toronto R&B band, The Beat, and Jazz/Funk group The Band Electric, in addition to being a featured vocalist with The Sheraton Cadwell Orchestra.
