Remembrance Day Ceremony
Kitchener, City Hall – Carl Zehr Square
The ceremony begins at the clock tower in Victoria Park where the parade will form up at 10:15 a.m. and
“step off” to begin the march to City Hall at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome to remember and honour those
who have served and continue to serve in Canada’s military.

Art and Mindfulness with Meaghan Johnson
Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery
Are you interested in slowing down and savouring your experiences? Have you ever felt too distracted or busy to spend an afternoon with art? This workshop will engage you in a series of mindfulness and embodiment exercises designed to increase your capacity to be present to both your external soundings and your internal experiences. These techniques will then heighten your appreciation of silently walking through the gallery’s exhibition. You will leave refreshed from the experience and armed with mindfulness tools you can use in your everyday life!
